Refund policy

Order once delivered can be returned only on the following terms:

1. *Wrong Product Received:* Returns will be accepted if the wrong product is received. To process the return, a detailed video showing the product from the time of delivery, the opening of the package, and the product inside must be captured and shared.
2. *Color/Product Preferences:* Returns will not be accepted if the customer dislikes the color/product or if there is a color mismatch. Slight color variations may occur due to digital photography and the display settings of phones/laptops.
3. *COD Order Returns:* Cash on Delivery (COD) order returns are accepted under the conditions mentioned above, but the return shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.
4. *Handloom Products:* Handloom products may have visible threads, which is not considered damage. This characteristic is typical of handloom items and will not be grounds for returns.
5. *Return Request Timeline:* All return requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
6. *Condition for Returns/Exchanges:* Orders will be accepted for return or exchange only if they are unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags/labels attached. If the blouse piece is detached, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
7. *Order Cancellations:* Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
8. *Special Discount/Sale Products:* Cancellations or returns will not be accepted for products purchased at special discounts or during sales.
9. *Shipped Orders:* Once materials are shipped, cancellations are not possible.
10. *Wrong Address/Non-Receipt:* If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or non-receipt by the customer, the product will not be resent until a request is received from the customer by phone. Additionally, the shipping and return charges must be paid by the customer.
